The Cross

Sometimes we have expectations about a person or an event but things just don’t turn out the way we thought they would or should have. This was the case for the Jewish people. They had waited and waited for the Messiah, and they were expecting a great warrior king. Jesus was far from the expectations people had for the Messiah, but we will come to understand through the events of the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus that not only was He the one, He was much more than we expected. #Godisunpredictable #TheCross
